I knew a boy in school with Landry for a surname. I can imagine some misguided parents naming their son Landry, but it really seems wrong on a girl! Maybe Leslie or Alana? Or if you love it, maybe Alexandra with Landry as a weird nickname?

Nevermind, looks like if anything you're trying to think of boy names - my suggestions aren't helpful!
It's popping up as a name though. Seeing it more and more. I am from Canada and I know on this place there is a lot of ppl from all over so thought I would ask
I'm gonna vote no on this one. I saw laundry, then wondered why anyone would want to name their kid something that reminds everyone of a chore. Also, kid will get made fun of, just sayin.

Re: Landry- boy or girl?
Op, there are so many real names to choose from, even surnames that are proper... Landry isn't one of them. As pp said, it sounds like laundry.
