Yes I eat them cold all the time. If you actually research listeria you will see most of it has been in foods like fruit and veggies and even ice cream. Somehow deli meat has gotten a bad rap when it is perfectly safe for you
From what I've learned, it's actually toxoplasma that's the main risk with eating cold cuts. Toxoplasma dies if you freeze the meat, listeria doesn't. I avoided cold cuts during my pregnancy, mostly because I don't really eat a lot of meat anyway so it wasn't a big deal for me to give it up. If you are having doubts about it, talk to your OB to help you decide.

I'm in no way an expert on this, but it's what's stated in all official pregnancy guidelines here in Sweden so I just followed those recommendations.
