Positive Pregnancy Test

in 1st Trimester
i tested positive on two test back to back!! But now I'm bleeding. Not hurting what so ever but bleeding. Should I be worried? I mean in all reality if I am having a miscarriage there's nothing the doctors can do

    Are you just spotting or an actual bleed? It isn't uncommon for women to spot in early pregnancy around the time of their expected period.

    How much bleeding? If it's enough to fill a pad you should call the doctor.

    I started bleeding really, really heavily last night (with large clots). I thought for sure I was losing my babies. I went to the ER & they found 3 clots in my uterus (my doc says it's from my two placentas rubbing against each other), but both babies are perfect! They are growing, with appropriate heart rates. It is always a good idea to get checked out. It could be nothing serious, or it could be huge.

    07/2014-Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI= chem preg ;(
    08/2014-Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI + 2nd trigger= BFN
    09/2014-Clomid 100mg + trigger + IUI + 2nd trigger= BFN
    10/2014-benched due to RE out of town, tying naturally!
    11/2014-benched due to cyst
    12/2014-Femara 5mg + stair step with additional 5 days Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI=BFN
    01/2015-Femara 5mg + Gonal F 25 units + trigger (plus additional Gonal F 100 units on trigger night) + IUI= BFP!!! Twins due 10/2015
    09/28/2015- Surprise!  Conrad and Hudson born at 35w6d!

    It lasted 24 hours. There were no clots and never in pain. Now have a little tiny tiny bit of brown when I wipe. My doctors drew blood today and will recheck on Wednesday. Super nervous. I took another pregnacy test tonight and it was faint. So i really don't know! Still in no pain. Still having morning:night sickness. Just confused
