@serome3993 - me too! I've always loved them. Usually I go for spears, but recently I've been grooving on the minis, @knowmeinadifferentlight they're super crunchy, right?! So good!
Mt. Olive dill pickles are awesome. I don't crave or eat pickles but I bought the kids a huge jar of enormous Mt. Olive dill pickles today lol.
I can't stand the bread and butter ones but I don't like butter unless it's baked in some biscuits or cookies ha ha!
We're starting a garden here in the next couple of weeks and I got seeds to grow our own mini cucumbers!!! We'll eat them raw and pickle some if we get a good amount.
It is ADDICTING! Here is the recipe. It's much better the second day when the flavors really mix. I doubled the recipe and used an entire jar of pickle spears so it was nice and pickle-loaded. I also added some pickle juice from the jar and dill, because let's face it...pregnant people can't get enough pickle flavor Enjoy!
Serves: 1.5 cups Ingredients 1 cup sour cream 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon minced onion 1/4 teaspoon salt 4-5 medium sized dill pickles, finely chopped Instructions In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. (I use an electric mixer). (This is where I added pickle juice) Stir in the minced onion, salt, dill and chopped pickles. (Lots and lots of pickles) Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables. Or, be serious, eat it with a spoon

I... I think the clouds just opened up and I could hear trumpets. *tear* I must try this asap! :-O =P~
McClures pickles! You can find them at whole foods. We just moved from Detroit (where they are made) out to utah and I was SO excited to find the pickles out here! They also make a killer Bloody Mary mix!
@Ali8348 I'm pretty sure I have everything to make this.. And I'm going to, today. Chips and dip has been a big thing for me.. Hell I might just use pickles to dip in it.. #Rebel haha *-:)
I make my own! I like them with TONS of dill and TOOONS of garlic, I jar them up in salt brine and two weeks later they're ready to go! The jar usually does a loud POP!! when I crack it and bubbles come to the surface - the pickles are so tart and sour, and they almost fizz; but they're incredibly crunchy at the same time... Mmm... But if I can't do that then def Bubbies
It's a tie between vlasic dill spears and those dill hamburger slices. Could eat either by the jarful even when I'm not pregnant. I gross myself out! Dill pickles are my all-time favorite food, though.
Vlasic Farmer's Garden Kosher Dill Spears or Halves are totally awesome!!! I think I will have some with my pizza that's about to come out of the oven =P~
