14wk Appointment, found out gender!!

:x We had our first ultrasound today! Baby Smith is perfect. We're both healthy. Somebody was even cooperative enough to show off to daddy! IT'S A BOY!!! We've always wanted a boy first. I was nervous that it may be a girl, but boy, he let us know & there's no doubt about it! We're so excited! I can't wait to start buying clothes & things to decorate the nursery! We're not telling people yet. We're gonna think of a cute way to reveal it to our families. I just had to tell someone!

Today I found out baby is healthy and a girl! I'm dealing with a little bit of disappointment as I was so set on a boy but I know in a few days I'll be even more excited!

Congrats! We are hoping boy too, but at my 14 week scan my tech wouldn't even make a guess for fun. I knew it would probably be to early to be sure, but she could have at least humored me with a guess!!!

I had my quad screen at 13 weeks. I'm 15 weeks today. The US tech pointed out to us what looked clear as day to be boy parts right between the legs! She said she didn't want to promise anything though that sometimes its too early... What else could that stick and two balls be?! Lol

That's awesome!! Just a little story for those of you that are finding out gender so early on ultrasound, my friend's parents were told they were having a boy via early ultrasound and they never questioned it. They were pretty surprised when she was born a girl!!!! Loll I don't think this is common but I'm not even asking until my 20 week scan because that made me nervous lol.
