Newbie for iui

hi everyone I'm Sara 33 Dh 36. We were married in October and immediately started trying we are on Cycle #5. After two months I knew something was up. People thought I was crazy but I immediately began to start the testing for my fertility. I came back all clear with having hsg, blood work, ultrasounds, egg reserve etc so made Dh go for sa. I was shocked. He was on the low end so I freaked out. I never thought it would happen to us running a day care it was hard enough to see and take care of others peoples kids so I started looking into fertility centers. Finally after a month of arguing hubby agreed to go. He is now on about 11 supplements a day and his last count came to 25 million which is considered normal but we are beginning our first medicated iui. I start clomid tmw for 5 days then will have my iui hopefully on Saturday next week. They also prescribed me estradiol, progestone and a trigger shot. Any words of advice for these meds ? Any ladies with my same stats ? I know I am not considered ttc for long but I felt with turning 34 I didn't wanna waste so much time and hated the waiting period under my hubby's circumstances.

My word of advice would be to make sure that you are being monitored on that clomid, (it's likely that you are, since you are going to a fertility clinic).   I am not sure if this is the right board for you -- this is for women and men who are suffering from infertility, and those who are simply impatient don't qualify in that category.

Hello, @abiki624 - I'm with ya, our issue is male factor, as well. We have attempted 3 IUIs, but are currently taking a break, as we weren't satisfied with our clinic. As GoldenKeys has mentioned, the TTTC board is more appropriate for those doing IUI. Try browsing through that board and Intro'ing there!
