how long do you hold it before you take the test?  my directions don't say how long, but just say to reduce liquid intake 2 hours prior.  thanks!

I think generally most people do 3-4 hours.

3-4 is normal.  I had GREAT results with FMU.  Some ladies only get OPK+ in the middle of the day though.  GL!

I didn't see any difference in how long I held it as to when I did it. I tried FMU and in the evening which didn't work out. The only hours that see to do it for me are between 10-12 am. Good Luck!
