Hi gals.
So I completely slacked the past couple of works on this, but I've either been exhausted or nesting when Tuesday comes around it seems. I'm going ahead and posting since I'm up... DD1 is sick. She has bronchitis, got antibiotics today, startedthem this evening and by 9 pm she was puking all over. I think we've finally got her tum settles, so she is drifting sleep and I'm making sure she is out before I even try to sleep myself. She either had an allergic reaction to the Amoxil, or coincidentally got a tummy bug too. She's had the amoxil before with no problems, but I'm allergic to penicillian, so it's possible she could've developed a reaction to it. Who knows....
Anyways getting to the check in:
1. How many weeks are you?
2. What's new? Any appointments, lab results, etc?
3. How you feelin?
4. Brag on your Dh a bit, what's the nicest thing he's done for you lately?
I will answer later on, I'm so tired i can barely type this out, but wanted something good to read when we get up, whenever they may be lol hopefully, at least a couple of hours!
Ps. I apologize now for any typos. I've been up since 6 am, yesterday, my time it's currently 245 am. Frankly I don't give a shit about mistakes right meow! (← for laughs, Cuz it's just so funny right at this moment lol )
Re: ~*ticker change Tuesday*~ 3/3/15
2. Next appointment is next Wednesday, went to doctor two weeks ago they put me on partial bed rest due to short cervix, ultra sound was ok 2 weeks ago. Cervix is short but stable which is good.
3. I've been feeling pretty crapy, back aches, hemmoroid, heart burn, and mood swings. Worst of all I CANT SLEEP!
4. Husband has been great especially since the news for me to take it easy. He's been cooking, doing laundry and even doing the dishes. He gives me rubs every night with out even asking him. Always helping me up and getting me anything I need. He truly is spoiling me. I'm so thankful to have him. He's also dealing with my crazy mood swings which must be the worst. LOL
2. What's new? Any appointments, lab results, etc? Passed the GTT, had a growth scan and baby weighs 3lbs which is just under what they expected. Got whooping cough vaccine next week, joys.
3. How you feelin? Good! Ok, exhausted from no sleep and going to work all day, but ok otherwise.
4. Brag on your Dh a bit, what's the nicest thing he's done for you lately? He got up at 4am this morning because he was snoring and keeping me awake, bless him. He also bought me my fave Chocs as a pressie
Hope things improve soon Sass!
What's new? Appointments? - Today is my glucose test. I'm so ready to just get it over with. Had a bad dream last night that I threw it up all over the place. Lol
How are you feeling? - I'm feeling alright. Just super tired all the time again. Like the first trimester. And if I skip any sort of snack, I'm instantly starving and dizzy .. bleh
DH is amazing and he's understanding a bit more now, that I'm actually pregnant. Now that he can see and feel her moving, he's all about it!
Tests/appts: I called in for my glucose test results and was floored that I passed. I get super tired after a meal and figured it must be GD.
How I'm feeling: I'm anxious to get to the end and have her in my arms. She's so strong now that I can now feel baby moving when I'm not sitting still. This makes stairs unnerving! I'm also suffering from what I call the "f-its" at work. Distracted and restless to do nesting.
My guy: unfortunately he is traveling for work this month. He doesn't want to be away and calls a lot to check in and make sure I'm well.
2. Nothing new, my next appointment is the 16th
3. I'm just tired, per norm. But nothing serious to complain .
4. Dh had THE most squeamish stomach ever, and he changed up ALL the puke from DD1 last night. So proud of him.
2)Have an appointment coming up in 2 days, which will be the start of meeting all the rest of the Doctors in the practice so I'm kind of anxious!
3) The normal aches and pains. However last sat I over did it doing yard work and extreme nesting. I thought I was going to die of back/belly pain. Guess I'll try to take it down a notch..
4) My husband has been wonderful mostly just little things here and there but they add up!! The other morning woke up with a back ache and I was suppose to be getting dd ready for school. He got her all ready and took her before I even managed to get out of bed, then when he got home he had a donut and chocolate milk in hand just for me ☺️ He did all the grocery shopping, errand running, taxes, and surprised me by bringing me home a body pillow and belly band! Seriously the little things matter
29 weeks today(: getting closer
2. What's new? Any appointments, lab results, etc?
Just had 28 week appointment on Friday. SO and I both had to get whooping cough shot. Was so much fun.! No sarcasm. SO has a full sleeve, yet faints for shots. It was the best appointment so far lmao. Also had to get my Rhogam shot (Rh- over here). They had me take my Glucose text at 27 weeks and I passed but they just called 10 mins ago to tell me they forgot to tell me I need to start taking iron, explains why I bruise so easily.
3. How you feelin?
Feeling pretty good. Towards the end of the day my bump feels heavy and in the way lol but other than that I just make sure I get up slowly so I don't trig it's my sciatic pain.
4. Brag on your Dh a bit, what's the nicest thing he's done for you lately?
Well...he got his shot so that's a plus. Lol he hasn't done anything specific lately, but everyday he kisses me goodbye at 4am and texts me to have a good day sometime during his 1.5 hour commute to his 12 hour a day job. After a 15 hour day he comes through the door happy and grateful for dinner. And if there's not dinner made he's totally ok with it. Having a happy healthy relationship is all I can ask for.
