Buy Buy Baby Completion Discount - Can you use it for Uppababy?

Does anyone know if the Buy Buy Baby completion discount is restricted? I was hoping to use it on an Uppababy stroller and I know in all of their regular coupons/promos that brand is always excluded.

I was able to use mine on the car seat base.

I spoke with customer service at the 1-800 number and they said YES you can use the completion discount on UPPABABY. I had a the rep email me it in writing so when I go to use my discount I won't have any trouble. This is what it says:
"Per our conversation the 10% completion coupons only have the following exclusions: Destination Maternity, Portrait Studio Services, Diapers, Wipes, Formula, and Baby Food. We also match Amazon's 15% completion program."

I think you can. We used our 15% completion on the Uppababy vista on Amazon.
