We're all different on that front, so unfortunately it's hard to say I'm in week 11 and mine keeps acting like it's gone and then coming back. Hopefully you're at the very end of it and headed into your golden trimester! There are some things you could try, vinegar is supposed to help neutralize your belly, I've heard, or ginger tea. There's a brand called Earth Mama Angel Baby that has a morning sickness tea that's supposed to work really well, but I've never tried it so if yours keeps lingering you could give it a go! Otherwise, hang in there, I really hope it improves soon!
@sugarmagn0lia Where do you find you find that tea? I threw up for 12 hours straight yesterday and it was the most miserable thing I have experienced.

@RositaRae Ugh that sounds awful I know it's very cheap on Amazon, otherwise our local Toys/Babies R Us has it, so I'd bet yours does if you have one close by. If you try it let us know how it works for you
I am also 13 weeks, and I feel terrible pretty much every day. On Friday I ended up in the ER, because I had such a terrible head ache and kept on throwing up every tea spoon of water I would drink, not to mention what I would eat. They hydrated me intravenously for about 5 hours, gave me a pain killer and a medicine that was supposed to take my nausea away, but actually gave me a panic attack. They got to the conclusion that there wasn't anything really wrong with me, but the fact that I am pregnant. My blood pressure was and still is very low 83/53 and I am struggling with eating. The nurse recommended me to eat something small and drink a little bit just before I would get off the bed, and keep my diet light. No fried stuff and keep it low fat. However, she's also recommended me to step by McDonald's once in a while ) ( the salt on my blood was a little low). Morning sickness lasts differently, depending on the mommy, the nurse said. She said she kept on throwing up for the first 4 months, during her first pregnancy, and for 5 months, during her second pregnancy. Some women barely get morning (or any kind of sickness) at all. I personally get help from Innocent smoothies (kiwi, apple and grapes), depending on the day. I am planning to fill my fridge with pickles, now that I know they're safe and my blood work showed I could use some extra salt. Hope your sickness disappears soon and you'll get the preggie glow everyone is talking about (but I just don't see it coming to me ) )
I found a tea sampler for momma' to be at my local health food store I haven't used it I am going to be where u are next week I find I have to keep tummy filled every couple of hours haven't thrown up but would if don't feed baby that was how it was with my girls my boy had heartburn hang in there
I am 14 weeks tomorrow and sickness came back last two days, missed work too. Any of you have a job thay gave you a hard time about missing work on those days you were throwing up all day long? I feel l ike I am always going to get fired! I would just throw up at work but i work in a call center with back to back calls and I cannot time when the puke happens I take phenegran on the all day sickness days and i just sleep
One day the weirdest thing happened. I was napping in the living room one evening, partner was in the room and watching TV, and according to her, I leapt off of the futon and made a mad dash for the bathroom, throwing up and... other things, apparently for about 15 minutes, making the worst noises and what not. She didn't know I was pregnant at the time, and thought I was down with some sort of severe stomach virus.
As for how often... that all depends. Sometimes it is spontaneous, and other times it is because of this smell or that taste... and it is absolutely wretched! There is a reason I live mostly on saltines and ginger ale. The stronger the ginger taste, the better. I particularly love Reed's Ginger Beer (which isn't alcoholic), the Extra Ginger Brew, though lately I've only been able to find the premium. It really really helped me, your mileage may vary. :P
With my first I was still not feeling great at 13 weeks. I did however feel a lot better, but I was about 6 months along before I ever felt normal. They also found out I was anemic at about that time and when I started taking iron I felt a lot better.
Oh ladies, I'm right there with you. I'm 11w1d and up until last week I had felt nauseous but hadn't gotten sick. Last week I started to feel great and I even went back to the gym! But then starting on this past Sunday I have basically been getting sick non-stop. Ugh, it's even worse than when I just felt nauseous non-stop.
Why does this board only post half of what I wrote??? Here's the rest of my post:
I had heard that the preggie pops at Babies R Us are phenomenal so I'm going to pick some up on my way home. Nothing is giving me relief right now, hopefully that will!
I am 11 weeks 5 days and for the past couple of days I had felt pretty good without any medication. (I had taken diclegis for 2 weeks when I was absolutely miserable.) So, anyways I thought that the days of nausea were gone. Only to wake up this morning and vomit and dry heave for a few minutes. I so wish there was a magic answer to getting over this.

(Sorry unrelated to post but just an answer.) I found if I use an emoji from my iPhone keyboard instead of the emoji chooser through the app it cuts off anything after the emoji.
As for the post I'm 11.3 and still very sick with a fake out good day sneaking in once in awhile.
