yes, this. Or are you week 3 of your cycle? Which would put you at implantation if you end up pregnant.

It can be... Every time I've been pregnant I've felt like my period was coming any second until around 6 weeks along.

No, no menstrual cramps. Is like you feel your belly is like stretching and kind of a stomach weird pain on the belly sides.

It's not usually possible to even know that you are pregnant when you are three weeks pregnant. (Because pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period. ) anyway, if your friend is having pain in pregnancy she's should call her doctor.
