20 walking lunges (10 each side-bonus points if you carry extra weight while doing these- a baby, dumbbells, jug of water!)
Side plank-5 seconds each side
30 seconds regular plank
20 jumping jacks
Repeat as a circuit at least twice! Stretch to cool down.
