sharp pelvic pain with no bleeding

I am about 14wks, went to the er because i was experiencing sharp stabbing pain in the center of my pelvis. Everything was fine and so is the baby. Doctors said everything looks healthy. Wondering if anyone else has experienced these pains and went on with a normal pregnancy or know what they may be.

We cannot answer this question. Your doctor would have to examine you. Anyone else's experience doesn't matter for you. Your pg & individual anatomy are what matters.

Ask your doctor next time you see them. Also, don't borrow trouble. As of this post your baby seems fine.

I've gotten some sharp pelvic pains that pass with gas... Unfortunately for me sometimes it takes a while to pas and gets stuck causing pain and pressure. That could be it.

Same pain as well. ...my Dr said it's just stretching.
