So my toddler is a good sleeper. But we have a problem with him peeing threw is diaper. His diaper isn't full or anything. But when I get him out after his nap. The back of his pants and shirt is wet. Is this a sign that I need to go up a size? His diapers fit him fine there not too small. They fit him perfect.

Are you making sure to point his "boy parts" down? Some people find they have to use a more expensive diaper for sleeping. You might look into buying pampers for sleeping only.
Your toddler is probably moving around and his diaper is getting moved so it isn't on right while he sleeps. We have that problem sometimes. Make sure to put it on really high and tight so it stays snug on his legs.

I would say penis down but also size up. When DS1 pees out of his sizing up has always solved the problem.
