Light jogging to warm up!

10 jump squats

20 bicycle crunches

40 steps high knees running in place

15 tricep dips

Do as a circuit at least twice! Stretch to cool down.

    I'm also still trying to do the 30 day shred at least 4 times a week. I'm working on level 3, boy is that a tough workout! But I've maintained my weight that I lost for the January dietbet.
