I would love your honest thoughts on the name Hale. It's Old English, so I know it's a bit more unusual, but is it *too* out there?? Middle name suggestions are welcome, as well as alternatives if you don't love Hale. Siblings are Gra.ham and Cec.ilia.
All I think of is Twilight (it was the last name of several main characters). Also, whenever I pair it with a middle name, it just sounds like a greeting: "Hail, Scott!"
I'm guessing in this scenario hale is for a boy? I don't think it could compare to your other children's names. Some suggestions I can think of that might sound good with the other two are: Eric, Adam, James, Caleb.
I don't love it but I don't hate it...it's not too out there. I think I'd like it as a middle more than a first but it's not side eye worthy as a first

Some suggestions as a middle

Ditto on the "hell" pronounciation for southerners. I would have a hard time with that. Also doesn't feel quite right with the sibling names which are both lovely.
