Follow-up Appt today - need happy thoughts

I have my follow-up u/s at 3pm today to see what is going on and I'm not being very optimistic about it.  My temp has been yo-yo-ing on its way down and is definately at the lowest I have seen it.  If there is really any science to progesterone causing temperature to rise and its needed for a viable pregnancy then I don't see much hope. 

Please keep us in your prayers around that time.  Thanks.
