Baby shower invites

My baby shower invites are going out this week. Shower is March 21 with RSVP of March 14. Am I sending out my invites too late? Guests will have 3 weeks to respond and then hostess will call or get me to confirm if someone is coming or not

Sounds fine to me! You could also post a reminder on FB for family/friends on there, and call everyone else you have not heard from if 2 weeks pass and you aren't sure!
