New here, back to back IUI's LH surge question

Hi everyone, my husband and I have been trying to concieve for 20 months now. At the beggining of this year we decided to go to a RE. Got all the test needed and RE started me on Clomid CD 2-6....had my US and 4 follicles had formed. Had my Lh surge Saturday and first iui that Sunday morning. Went back on Monday and follicles had burst so we did another iui that day. Now I'm in the 2 week waiting period. But yesterday I felt a lot of CM and I took a ovulation test and there was still a surge there, is it possible to have an lh surge for 5 days??

You don't need to do OPKs when you do IUIs with proper monitoring. You know you ovulated your follicles, your doctor has your hormones under control.
