Constipation.

My daughter is 2 1/2 years old. She has had constipation issues since she was 4 months old. She is on a medication daily for the issue. I recently brought her in to urgent care for constipation. (which didn't help) 2 days later brought her in for throwing up (no temp). 6+ times within 2 hours. Now 2 days later again, she is barely eating and drinking anything. I am at my whits end, we've tried everything. I don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions???
