spotting and cramps

in 1st Trimester
I am estimated to be 9w. 4d. Pregnant I had light spotting and mild cramps for the last 2 days today I've noticed that both the spotting and the cramps are becoming more severe. My OB said to go to the ER if it got worse. What should I do don't want to over react.

    Please go to the ER.  If the cramps and spotting are getting worse, you definitely need to go.  Praying!

    Personally, I wouldn't go to the ER for spotting and cramping. I've spotting with significant cramps a couple times this pregnancy. I know it's scary, but they can't really do anything for you at the ER. I would wait and call my OB in the morning if it doesn't get better by then.
