Hi! I used to be more of a regular here while I was pregnant and during the first few months after my daughter was born, but then I kinda got super busy and forgot all about you guys! Sorry!! Looks like I missed some interesting stuff...
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else is having a hard time getting LO to drink out of a normal sippy cup (the kind they tip up and suck out of) she only will drink out of the munchkin straw type cups. Any advice?
You're good. Don't even worry about the regular sippy. Like @JamiesWife2010 said, straws are better for developing the muscles used for speech. I am surrounded by speech pathologists...job and family...and they all skipped sippy cups and went straight to straws.
One of the girls will use a straw no problem but the other one can't seem to figure it out no matter how many times I let her try! I don't know what to do. I don't want her to get too used to the sippy!
Re: Sippy cups
Edit: DS1 uses the spoutless cups sometimes, my A14 DS can sometimes get water out of it when he swipes it from big brother.
Baby Boy #2 is on the way!
