I check in occasionally. I miss what A14 used to be and it sorta makes me sad. I hate Facebook, so that's out.

After telling DH over and over I needed a break, I just went! I worked in the morning then went out with friends and got tipsy and spent the night. ALONE for the first time in at least a year. Woke up with some really full breasts but it was totally worth it! I feel so much better. My sister also got me one of those natural light lamps so ill try that too.

DH was a little upset at first but then was like you deserve a day out. Even says I should pick a day of the week that is MY day. We shall see

I am feeling a lot better. May have to still go back to my counselor but I'm in better shape
