our pediatrician recommended that we give our son vitamin d drops, but just wondering if anyone else is actually doing this?

Yes we have been since the baby was born
Bought them in CVS
The baby loves the taste!

I guess it can't hurt so I'll start. Just thought it was weird that he gave me a prescription when they are available OTC

The reason to do it is that most people are deficient, including babies, and it's a very important vitamin u need in your body and for preventing a lot of diseases, like some cancers. This isn't even pseudo-science.
