When will my baby neck become completely firm?

My son is 3 months old now but his neck is still shaky when he lift his head up ... But he is trying his best to firm his neck balance but always end up falling to my shoulder .

He should be able to hold his neck up when seated at about four months. It will become stronger and steadier at about 6 months.

Lots of Tummy Time will make his neck stronger

If he doesn't like tummy time, you can strengthen the muscles by holding him up in the air belly down parallel to the floor.
