Try taking your prenatal vitamin at night before bed- mine was making me über sick! Or talk to your doc about taking a b6 supplement. Hope this helps! Good luck!
Sour candy, ginger ale, and it really does help to avoid liquids while you eat. Nothing worked for me as a total fix last time around, but these helped!
Sea sickness arm bands made mine tolerable last time, eat small meals with protein every 3 hours. Ginger ale, ginger tea, ginger candy, unisom, b6, and prescription nausea medicine are also options
My first pregnancy the preggie pops worked wonders for me. I found out I am pregnant with #2 should be about 4 weeks and I haven't had any morning sickness at all thus far, hoping to not lol. Hope you find out what works for you!
