City Mini Double vs. Joovy Scooter Double Stroller

My twins are 7 months old, and I already have a tandem stroller. It's ok, I'm not in love w/it. I'll still use it as well, but I'm looking for a side by side stroller now.

Who has the City Mini Double or Joovy Scooter Double strollers? I'm trying to decide between these two. And I'm kind of stumped... I'm prepared to spend the extra for the City, but the Joovy has more features included that I'm interested in for half the price. What makes the City a "better" stroller worth the cost?
