At what point did you decide to go to a specialist?
We've been trying to conceive since June of 2014. Got pregnant in July and miscarried in September.
Would I go to a specialist in June or wait until September?
I'm not very patient

I'm sorry for your loss.

Typically it's 6 months for >35 and 1 yr <35 for a healthy couple. If you have other factors such as fibroids, MFI or other factors which can effect fertility, an RE can help identify if there are issues.
Sometimes even when you make an appointment, they are booked and you can't get in for another month+. So I don't think it would hurt to make the appointment, at least they can do testing. Then you can make your choice from there if you need/want intervention.

I agree with PP, that considering the appointment delay, it might be useful to call early to get in by June, if you're under 35 and otherwise healthy. By the time DH and I made the decision to see a RE, we were well past the year mark of TTC and were frustrated when we had to wait even longer to get an appointment. It might be helpful to make the call in May and see what their thoughts are on yor situation.
