If you KNOW when you ovulated because you were charting, will your doctor likely use your O date to determine due date or will s/he still use your LMP? I went 26 days until I Oed so I feel like my date will be really "off" if s/he uses my LMP. Does it matter that much?

Re: LMP & O date
I am going in for an ultrasound next week because I don't know when I O'ed and based off my LMP it would be way off. They plan to take the date from the ultrasound and use that for my EDD.

Too busy to update the pics for now ...
My dr. explained it the same way as all of the sites I read on the internet and in books. Since some people can't pinpoint the exact date they O'd, they use the date of your LMP to be consistent. It confused me as well because I'm 99% sure of when I O'd and when I conceived, and it wasn't the date of my LMP, but the dr. said it didn't matter.
I guess if you are way off, they will adjust when you have your u/s, but only if it's more than a few weeks. I'm 7 weeks along, but I know the baby is only 5 weeks old. But, my dr. still considers me 7 weeks for due date purposes.
better late than never, right?
I Oed on CD 27, and they use a 28day cycle to Estimate due dates. I KNEW they were way off. But would they listen? NOPE! So DEFINTELY tell your doctor if you think you O'ed way off from "normal" (cd 14). They gave me an EDD of June 30. My EDD is July 12. And who was right?!
Me!
(had to have an u/s to confirm my dates).
