Interpreting cycle day 21 progesterone levels

H ladies,

I just had this test done to detect ovulation. I got the results but my Dr hast contacted me. The result was 11.2....does anyone know if this is normal or if it appears as if i ovulated? Thank you :-).

Good luck to you. Sorry I can't help, but I am hoping you get some good guidance soon. As soon as I get AF, I'm scheduled for CD21 progesterone test too. fx to you!

I have had many 7 dpo progesterone tests. My RE likes to see anything above 10 on unmedicated cycles and above 15 on medicated cycles. She told me that anything about 5 shows some form of ovulation but it could be "weak."
Also, be sure that you are taking the test 7 days past ovulation and not just on CD21, because this isn't always the same thing for most women. When I first started trying I was ovulating really late like on CD 20, so a CD21 progesterone test was too soon. It takes about 7 days after ovulation for your progesterone levels to peak.
