My big girl! 24 lbs 4 oz (50-75%) , 31 inches (50-75%), and 48 cm head (90-95%).

She actually has only gained 7 oz since her 12 mo appt, but she grew 1.5 inches. All that walking she's doing now must be burning lots of calories!

They really start to thin out once they start running around.    DD was the exact same weight but about 34".
