What cold medicines can a pg women take?

sudafed, tylenol cold, benedryll, robitussin dm, you can use saline nasal sprays....With the medicine just stay away from extended relief and multi symptom. There are more but that should cover just about every issue!

You can take Sudafed b/c your doctor and pharmacist both say it is ok and then read an article that specifically says to not take it in the first trimester and then feel really guilty about it. ?
