Chef, nanny, or maid

Saw this discussion on facebook, and I had a really hard time choosing. If you could have a maid, chef or nanny right now which would you choose?

I have a hard enough time having someone else take care of my kids when they are at daycare, so I would not want a Nanny, and I actually enjoy cooking, so, maid, definitely a maid.

No doubt about it- a maid. I like to cook, love Blaire's daycare, but I despise cleaning and the lack of DHs help.

DH is amazing at cleaning, he finds it relaxing so I don't need a maid. I don't mind cooking and DH likes cooking too, so I picked a nanny. I'd still want to be a SAHM, but an extra pair of hands and being able to go to the bathroom alone sounds great. I say this at I just ate dinner with 2 naked kids, because G got into the dog water bowl as I was setting the table, so he was soaked head to toe and DS1 had an accident at the table, but G is eating so I couldn't leave him to get DS1 dressed so I just stripped DS1, washed him down with wet ones I leave in the kitchen and we had a naked dinner. Extra hands would be great.

I like the way you think @dani+california‌. I voted nanny, too because I don't mind cooking or cleaning, but always have my hands too full to do much of it.

We have a cleaning lady come twice a month, which is great, but I spend 50-75% of my day in the kitchen. I'd love a chef. Plus, we have a ton of food restrictions for DS and DH, so finding meals that everyone can eat is a PITA.

Maid. We split cooking and baby care enough not to mind, fuck using my "free time" to clean.

Maid all the way. Cooking is fun, and DH can watch A-game when I need a break, but I loathe cleaning. x.x

I voted maid as well. It's the one area where I consistently fall short. I vacuumed today for the first time since NYE. I could make a new cat out of all the hair I picked up. I've already proposed getting a cleaning service to DH when I go back to work.

Chef all the way. I don't mind cleaning and DD won't leave my side so no point in a nanny. I would like someone who just cooks be healthy well balanced meals alllll the time. I'm constantly eating microwaveable meals.

I said maid because I have a cleaning lady and love her. My DH is a fabulous cook. And I love the daycare & grandparents for my girls when they have to be there, but when I'm home I want all the babies.

Chef. I like cleaning and organizing so no thanks on the maid. I stay at home anyway so I may as well watch the kids myself. It's about 50/50 whether I enjoy cooking or not, but I love good food, so chef it is.
