I hope everybody is having a good Sunday. I'm feeling a little better. The bridges, squats and lunges is my favorite workout day. I hope everyone has a good week.
Done and done. I agree that squats, lunges, and bridges are my fav day.
Also if anyone is looking for a fairly tough workout that is quick (20 minutes) I highly recommend Jillian Michael's 20 minute Kickboxing. It really is 20 minutes (unlike her ripped in 30), and it's pretty tough. I'm liking it so far.
Q had her 4 month shots on Friday so this weekend was devoted to keeping her happy and fever free. I think we are now through the worst. I must get back on track! I don't mind the bridges or squats, but the lunges are awful IMO.
I haven't done my challenge all weekend. We were out of town and I did walk a ton though. I wore my fitbit on Saturday and it showed that I walked 9 miles, so I'm going to count that as a workout. Tonight it will be back to my challenge.
