Pretty much uneventful. And that is fine by me.
Came in to have my blood pressure checked. They went ahead and sent me to L&D to be monitored. But Dr came in and told me they were going togo ahead and induce. Also fine by me.
Started pitocin around 10. Contractions every 2-3 mins immediately started up. Got my epidural by noon and I was out thr rest of the day.
Woke up around 4:30p when our Pastor and his wife came in. Had to force myself to wakeup. About 4:40p they checked me bc Payton's heart rate was dropping after contractions. And had been several times. But hubs had to tell me this bc I was so out of it.
Well when they checked I was 9/10. And they went into a frenzy. She was born at 5:01 pm. Weighing 7lbs 3oz. I think they said 18.75"
Funny thing is the epidural worked too well. My legs were like noodles. I couldn't feel a thing from my boobs down. They kept telling me to push in my bottom but I couldn't feel my bottom. About 10 mins later. ..and a tiny help from the vacuum, Miss Payton Britt was born.
She is such a good baby already. Barely cries at all. Sure she is saving it for home

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

BFP: 10/07/2013; MC 10/15/2013 @ 7 wks (natural), focused on health issues for 7 months.
TTC again: 6/2014, 2nd round Letrozole, BFP 7/7/2014!!! --- EDD 3/18/2015!!!
But I have been plagued with epidural headaches since Saturday and cannot sit or be upright for very long.
Long story short. ..I am leaking spinal fluid which leads to horrible headaches. Going back to the hospital in the morning for evaluating and hopefully a blood patch to fix it. You are supposed to have immediate relief with the blood patch.
But other than that I am in absolute love with my daughter. She is such a good baby. Lots of cuddling to be had with this bed rest.
