Seeking gift ideas for recent grad school graduate

So my SIL, who is due to have her first baby the end of this month, also just finished her grad degree (a master's in public health). I want to get her something to commemorate the accomplishment but am coming up with nothing that is special enough. I'd like it to be something personal, but I don't have a ton of money to spend. Ideas?

Is she going to be doing something different now that she finished her masters?  Something you could get her for her new job?  Or will she be framing her diploma?  Maybe get her a nice frame?  

For grad gifts, my go-to is usually something with the school logo on it.  Like a coffee mug or travel mug with the school on it.  Or something that ties into what they're doing for a new job (like a personalized notebook or leather portfolio or nice pen).

She's not switching jobs, at least not at this point.

i'm not even sure where my MA is cause i never bothered to get it framed (it also got snowed on). if you think she's the type of person to like a framed certificate, that would be really nice. you could do her school colours or if you knew her home/work office colours, have it match that

if you're short on cash, i'd suggest some IOUs for babysitting. she's probably super beat from all the end-of-degree nonsense and with a new baby coming, will need some time to relax. related to this: massage, pedicure, date night with partner.

something less serious but still kinda awesome would be a desk name plate, maybe with a funny job title below her name (Master Jane Doe, Jan Doe - Master Mom, etc).

I give booze to drinkers. If she went to a big enough school you can probably find etched wine glasses to go with a nice bottle of wine. If not, my go to is Tiffany wine glasses 2/$25.
