I feel like without my 2pm coffee fix every day gets stuck around 2-2:30 and draaaaaaggggggsssss until 4:30 at work...UGH I just want a nap. The fact that it's a slow holiday week probably doesn't help.
What do you do for a pick me up in the afternoon???
If I didn't get sick every time I have caffeine I would!! This pg I can't even have a little...it was a rough adjustment at first but I really miss my coffee!!!
I walk around the building every afternoon but our building is not that big. And I agree this day/ week is dragging. It's been so slow at work no hope things pick up next week because I'm so bored!
It is slow at my work today also. Trying to talk everyone into leaving around 4. Otherwise I'll be continuing to bash my head against the desk for another 2 hours... I feel like Friday will be even worse. Work two days, off two days, work a day, off two days...Good thing I have a baby appt on Friday, I'm going to milk that shit for all it's worth LOL

We were supposed to work Friday but they just announced we'll be shut down. Eat up the baby appt time!!!
Maybe a short break with some chocolate or some other favorite snack to treat yourself? When I worked this time was the hardes to pass. I always found myself a super stimulating activity. It turns out that when you are highly concentrated time passes so much quicker.

I highly suggest chocolate. I work at home and am passing the next hour with a glass of milk and a chocolate/chocolate cupcake I just dug out of my freezer.
I take a nap...or a shower. But I also work from home when not travelling (which has been minimal due to holidays).
When I am tired though, chugging a glass of ice cold water helps! I can't have caffeine after lunch or I never sleep...but I think the cold jolts me back awake...for a tad.
