Belly Bliss - anyone have experience?

Hello! I'm curious if anybody has gone to the yoga/other classes offered and Belly Bliss in Cherry Creek and can offer feedback? I've been looking for ways to incorporate exercise and meet some other moms-to-be :)

It's awesome! I went there my first pregnancy with my son. I did the fusion class because it had a mix of yoga/Pilate's and cardio. Great way to stay in shape!

I loved it too! I was doing yoga three times a week during my pregnancy at Belly Bliss and MamaHood. Highly recommend both!

I've been to their yoga classes, toddler/ mommy and me classes, and have seen their chiropractor. One of my favorite mommy places. Jamie (chiro) is awesome. The front lady is really sweet too, and is so knowledgeable about every pregnancy resource in Denver.

Although I like Belly Bliss, I like Bliss yoga in Littleton even more. Not sure if you are that far south. They are a really small, new studio, but they only offer a prenatal class 2x a week. I love that they have a locker room. That is the only thing Belly Bliss is lacking. They share a bathroom with a breakfast place.

@nofrogs‌ great! I live in South Denver and I am pretty much obsessed with Littleton (and the Chocolate Therapist) I will look into that yoga place!

ETA - after some Google investigation, I think they closed!

I also love Dr jaimy (chiro). Their first yoga class is free so no harm in checking it out. I've also been to mamahood and like it. I recommend checking yoga studios close to home too. I live in olde town Arvada and asana yoga has a Saturday morning prenatal yoga class, as I think many studios have one or more a week. It was a great way to meet other expectant moms in my area and make some local friends.

Yikes - thanks @chrain‌ I've been doing easy yoga at Greenwood Athletic and like it - thinking MamaHood may be more my speed :)

I like Belly Bliss overall... I've just found that if you're used to doing any type of physical activity then their classes seem a bit too slow and not worth the effort. I tried Fusion hoping it would motivate me to start a safe prenatal routine, but I felt like it was barely even a workout. I will probably keep doing yoga there since I'm getting so close and won't mind the slow pace as much now!

I tries their yoga and I agree...a little slow, but I still like the environment and a chance to get to cherry creek and maybe hit up Syrup after ;) also have been going to Dr Jaimy for my back and she's great!

My lactation specialist just recommended I check out Belly Bliss as I'm having a lot of pain from my c-section. Sounds like
    I should go!
