Just left ER....5 weeks and....

in 1st Trimester
Just went to the ER... 5 weeks along
And having cramping and right side pains. Urine test was +.and blood draw member was at 700..going back in 2 days for another draw. Ultra sound showed a large fibroid on my right ovary.. twice the size of the ovary its self. Couldn't see a yolk sac yet.... Dr said it was too early to come back in a week for another ultra sound. I'm worried. .. is 700 normal for 5 weeks? They said it was....so nervous. My last pregnancy ended in MC. Any thoughts or advice?

    It's really to early to see anything on the ultrasound. Your Hgc numbers are only readable after a second draw. They are looking to see if your numbers are doubling after 48 hours.
    Good luck with your next ultrasound.

    They're mainly going to look for what your doubling time is. 700 is fine, but would be very low to see something. Doctors generally want your levels over 2000 before they try to find anything on ultrasound.

    **Loss 3-Cycle 14 (January-February 2014)-M/C dx 2/10, EP dx 2/24, MTX 2/25**
    Beta Hell--hCG finally down to 0 - 6/20/14
    SA normal. Genetic testing normal. Hormonal testing normal.
    HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
    Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
     9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
    BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
     U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
    U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!

    My insurance application is pending..and my Dr wouldn't see me OR DO A blood count untill my insurance kicked in and I was worried due to my mc...and I was having very bad pains..turned out to be fibroids...They just told me to go to the ER.
