Just discovered this website where you can make a video for your kid. Portablenorthpole.com you can personalize it and Santa says your kids name and other stuff. It's cool. So if your kids are still up check it out and they can find out if they're on the naughty or nice list. There's a paid version and a free. I just did the free. Santa will email you the video.

I've done it for my kids the last few years. This year they are 3 and 4 so they truly believe it and it's adorable.

My nephew is three and it was cute watching him nod when Santa would ask a question and was like hey he knows my name! I couldn't get the stupid picture to work though. It kept putting it sideways and then wouldn't rotate it so his picture wasn't there...
