Ok so another possible stupid or just impatient question. Today should be the arrival of my period, I just endured one of the longest tww because I feel we did everything so well this month my hopes are so high. Cramping started about 24 hrs ago, like cramps where your period should be so heavy, but nothing yet, maybe twice I thought it was starting when i was in the bathroom. I don't want to see my period, but i think its coming. I have heard cramping happens early in pregnancy but does that mean this early? And in time with when period should come? Grr i was so hopeful this month.
Yes cramping can happen in early pregnancy. Do you temp? How many days past O are you? PMS and early pregnancy symptoms are so very similar they really mess with your mind. Good luck.
The Internet can't really tell you if you're pregnant or not, and honestly posts like this get a little frustrating. I don't have my crystal ball handy, so please POAS.
Me: 38 DH: 40 TTC#1 (and likely only) since 9/13. Saw RE 5/14, SA good, AMH 2.36, FSH 7.2, estradiol 69.6 indicating good egg reserve. Using OPKs. First Letrozole cycle 6/14, a burst cyst and a BFN. Second Letrozole cycle 7/14, BFN.
Update 11/14 - had laparoscopy 10/28, good news is that my uterus and left tube look good, and they were able to drain the cyst on my left ovary. Bad news is that right tube and ovary have endo and scar tissue, so they're pretty useless.. Best news is that we finally have some answers and a path forward. Taking 7.5 mg letrozole CD 2-6 to put that good left ovary through its paces.
UPDATE 2/2015 - We switched to another fertility clinic, but fortunately we don't have to start all over. We're doing two cycles of Clomid plus IUI, if neither of those take, we'll do IVF in April, potentially with ICSI. (DH's SA has gone downhill, likely due to excessive exercise.) IUI#1 2/25/15....
It can't be removed - this is the internet after all. Don't worry about it. We all get how frustrating and LONG the two week wait can be. That being said, if you think you may be pregnant, take a test. Then you will know. Cramping IS normal in early pregnancy, but we can't tell you if this is pregnancy cramping or period cramping. The only want to know is to take a HPT. Good luck.

@amandayb28 yep, you caught me on a bad day. It isn't so much that your question is stupid, but that I don't know you, have no emotional investment in your situation. I wish you well and hope you are pregnant, if you are move on to Pregnant +35 and become a part of the fellowship of women there. If you aren't come back here, intro and take part in the board.
@kelley72 I have been trying to take part in boards since I logged on a few weeks ago. I realize you know nothing about me but I had seen such informative and kind post here I thought I would ask. Been trying for over a year just starting to get dr support so I turned here....I guess I haven't been here long enough to know better.
it's no biggie, we / *I* don't generally like the question being asked Am I pregnant? Because really, we don't freaking know... this question is essentially what is being asked just with different words. Anyway, contribute to the GTKY ?s and comment, etc. Best wishes
Kelley articulated my feelings pretty well - I don't have any way of knowing if you're pregnant or not, and it's hard to respond in a helpful manner when you feel a bit like a virtual pee stick.
Generally speaking, I don't come here for medical advice, because that is what doctors are for. I think it's helpful to see if others have gone through similar situations, or to noodle through a decision regarding TTC, or even just to vent. I posted yesterday about having a sobbing meltdown when my husband made a joke about reading a book during an RE appointment - I can't think of too many places I'd get virtual hugs instead of shrieking, incredulous laughter. Because, let's face it, if you haven't been there, it's crazy stuff.
