Lost blood sample now urine sample result "unclear"

I'm fuming ! Firstly the nhs got my blood samples mixed up and lost one (got iron results back not sure what other test wax for ?) ! Now my urine has come back after 3 weeks wait as "unclear" do have to re do test ! I am currently 11 weeks 2 days pregnsnt, my first scan is at 13 weeks I just want to know baby is safe and sound ! After mc at 6 weeks this time last year I just want to enjoy christmas hope everything is ok
