AW: Panorama results are in! UPDATE: in OP

I just called Natera (the co that owns Panorama) and they said the results were faxed to my doc yesterday. We have an appt tonight to discuss other bloodwork so I am anticipating that they will share the results with us.

Most importantly, FX that baby Bosco is super healthy in there! Of course, I'm also jumping out of my skin to know if I can start buying pink or blue.

Also: if anyone is doing this test, I had my blood draw last Monday and they faxed the results last night, so a quick one week turnaround. We are in NJ and Natera is in CA so I wasn't expecting it quite yet.

Will update in a few hours!

UPDATE: everything came back low risk and....it's a girl!!!!

    No, the company was running some sort of promotion through my doc office where the max OOP was $25.

    Whoa! That is awesome. It is supposedly going to cost me $145, but I have to wait for a $795+ bill and then "call and ask for the prompt pay discount." I'm not so totally sure I trust that, but what the heck. The general consensus from many google searches is that calling will result in the discount. Maybe I'll ask about a $25 special instead. ;)

    Same kind of setup...they told us we will get a bill for the entire amount and to call and they will adjust it to $25.

    I'm totally telling them I heard about the $25 promo. You'll have to keep us updated on your bill. 

    I'm also really excited for someone here finding out the sex already!

    Aww congrats!! I just had my third u/s yesterday and found out they are drawing my panorama this coming Monday. I'm in NJ too and they said it would take 10 days, but now I'll be anticipating them sooner!

    Again, congrats :)

    Thanks! We had panorama but there are a lot of other cell free DNA tests that test for the same genetic disorders and can tell sex
