8wks 6 days

Hello! This is my first post, so I'm kind of new to this. I'm currently 8 weeks 6 days and WORRIED. I had some blood about 2 weeks ago, but only when I wiped. (TMI? SORRY!) but I'm not having any major symptoms. I miscarried once before & I'm praying it's not happening again:( can't get a doctor's appointment until AFTER Christmas. How is everyone else feeling at 8 weeks?

I have a friend who didn't have any symptoms until her 2nd trimester and was sick the rest of her pregnancy, twice. I can see why you're worried, have you tried calling the Dr's office and asking to be on their call list if any cancelations come up?
Searching the forum for spotting might help ease your worries.
i hope everything works out for you.

  • You and I have the same EDD!  Anyway, I had spotting with my first two and everything turned out fine.  I know it's hard not to worry, but blood doesn't always mean the worst!  I generally start to feel better around the 8-9w mark, so you are not alone in that either.  I don't have my first appointment until 12/24, I know the wait is hard but before you know it you will feel like all you do is go to appointments!  Best of luck!

Yea, they say every pregnancy is different. Yes I checked with the Dr., but of course they have no available slots!

I had some nausea, thrown up once, & went weeks with NO appetite. Now, my nose is COMPLETELY stopped up & I feel pains in my tummy if I move a sudden way. So, I guess I've had a few symptoms, but you're right, the wait for the dr. appt is HARD. I think that's why I'm so worried.
