Christmas gifts

I'm stumped. I have no idea what to get DH. He said alls he wants is a few nice shirts because he doesn't have any. His birthday was just a few weeks ago and it was horrible trying to think of stuff to get him. So far, I've ordered him a dad ornament.

What did you get DH/SO for Christmas?

I think I'm getting mine a new black suit bc he says his is getting old. He asked for a sport watch for running and snorkeling and a new pair of reefs.

I got DH a new watch, some books, a cd I think he will like, and a coffee mug with pictures of him and caroline together. Oh, and one of those small drone things you fly around. It has a camera attached. He's really excited about that, which is weird bc he doesn't normally want that kind of stuff. Maybe your H likes remote control drones or helicopters?

I got him a sports jersey, leatherman, and some new gloves he was eyeing. We stick to $100 budget so that's enough! :-) plus random candy for his stocking. He loves nerds ropes and Lindt truffles.

I got him a book, some nice sweaters he wanted, a DVD box set of his favorite show, and (if I can sneak away) I'm going to get him a new cigar cutter.

I got him pants.  Santa is bringing him a fully-stocked travel toiletry kit and approximately a million toothbrushes - inside joke.

Honestly- nothing; he has boughten himself a lot of new clothes and other things lately and I haven't bought myself anything new recently, so he said to not get him a gift. I think I'll get some sort of photo gift from C for him to bring to work.

He has been talking about getting a new car but that's not happening so I bought him an aftermarket stereo in hopes of falling in love with his car again....haha.

DH got a bourbon stout brew kit, beer coasters, and a mixing bowl for making pancakes and the worlds biggest spatula.

Edit: and forgot the coffee syringe we got him too.

A circular saw, brass sorter for his reloading, an "I don't believe in the wall, I believe in the Blerch" shirt and a couple of movies.

I'm going to make him a coffee mug with the kids hand prints on it, too.  I have Friday off, so that is our Friday task/craft.

Nothing. We are saving our pennies for a joint birthday/anniversary weekend getaway sans LO in February.

I got DH an ugly Christmas sweater with his favourite hockey team's logo. I was going to give it to him early to wear at a Christmas party, but he ordered an ugly sweater with his favourite football teams logo to wear, not knowing about my gift. Bah! I was so proud of myself, too! At least it's not the same sweater.

I'm getting him a wedding ring and a weather vane for the barn. That probably doesn't help your idea list lol

SO is getting the beats he wants so bad. I got them Black Friday so they were a little cheaper. Still ridiculous though.

Office furniture for his study-3 bookcases, a desk with hutch, and a chair. I'm debating adding a new CD storage unit and filing cabinets that match the desk and bookcases. I might wait until Valentine's Day for the filing cabinets. He also asked for a new suit, but I'm going to let him get that on his own.

A new keyboard/mouse since his old one is really worn down (he plays games on the computer), a book, a pair of pajama pants, a new wallet, new belt, socks (from the dog), slippers, two new pairs of khakis, a ceiling storage lift for the car top carrier. He also got the Christmas expansion for Cards Against Humanity - we already have the game, but DH is always looking for new cards for it.

I should probably clarify that his birthday is this Friday (the 19th) so these are split between birthday and Christmas, but how I split them I can't remember!

We got a dyson as a shared gift, he's getting a new drill, Lion King on blu ray and some Legos. It's a small christmas this year because we have a big disney trip in Feb for DS1 birthday

@emilyann64 - where did you purchase yours? I was thinking of getting one for DH, but the ones I found were on Amazon and nearly $500!  @-) I was hoping for one that the GoPro could be used with, but would be happy with anything in my price range!

So far I have gotten him a new razor, hard water spot remover & a battery gauge for the boat, and a movie.

Department 56 houses for his christmas village (yes, my too cool husband loves a Christmas village), a bottle of Cleveland Whiskey, and a new cologne. Still have to get some odds and ends for his stocking.

I got him a super large tool chest that he's been wanting ever since we moved into our new house with a detached garage, which is now his workshop, a new north face jacket and a gift card for a massage since he was in an accident and has lots of problems with his back and ankle. He also wanted a $200 shaver but that wasn't happening this holiday.

I just got him some shirts and sweaters, but then realized that he just got a new car and a 60' TV. I think he got me boots. But he wrecked my car yesterday so I think I'll gift his new car to myself and we'll call it even.

I got him tickets to a sports game... A night out having fun seems like a good thing to look forward to at this point!
