Anyone else out there have tons of back pain? What are your solutions?? I am sleeping with pillow between my legs and it feels ok in the morning but if I'm doing any lengthy standing (doing the dishes) it just kills me!
I swear by my heating pad (the kind you heat up in the microwave). I use it when I get home from work (I lay on my side and wrap it around my back) and then use it again when I get into bed for the night. Using that, paying attention to my posture, and sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees has been a huge help.
A friend also recommended the pregnancy pillow because it keeps your back aligned and she also said the chiropractor helped her a TON when she was pregnant. Good luck!
just bought the snoogle full body pregnancy pillow (the one that looks like a giant C) over the weekend and boy has it helped. also a heating pad works wonders.
I get back pain from reading the same questions posted several times a day/week.
Thanks to everyone but you. I don't hang out on this blog all damn day like some of you and I don't read every single thread. I had a question so I turned to this forum thinking it would be helpful. Excuse me for actually having a life and not being able to keep up with/care that somebody posted the same thing twice.
Again, thanks everyone else I will try the heating pad and look into some more supportive shoes!

This isn't a blog. Turn to the search function next time.
I'm glad you all have the time to comment on everyone's thread even when it's not helpful.
Yoga is so helpful for me. I specifically like this cat pose. Hand and knees on the floor and swing your hips in a way that you could imagine you have a tail going back and forth slowly. I know the imagery is a little funny but it helps. I also ditto chiropractors!
