Im currently 17 weeks pregnant and my due date is may 24 .I love this site it helps me alot through my pregnancy and the community is really helpful and respectful too ..i was on babycenter.com but the woman in the community there are really rude so i will continue to use this helpful site and looking forward to getting great advice from all you mommy to bes and mothers

I totally agree with you lol. I was on baby center for my last pregnancy and it was great but they're rather witchy this time around.

I was on baby center!  I joined up here, then forgot what the hell a few days later and tried to log into baby center thinking it was here.. I ended up making a whole new account.. then realized my mistake and shut it down and got rid of the app!  I have too many baby apps, I really need to clean my phone.

I never ventured into the communities much there but I imagine it has it's similarities to here in some ways... some not.  This is a very tame group of women as of yet!  I have yet to see any really outspoken harsh people who are overly judgy.. at all really!

That being said, you must have a thick skin.  Not everyone is going to like what you post.  You may have a day where you post nothing good lol.. and days where you do.  Like real life people have their own opinions and not everyone is going to agree, or like you, or be nice to you just because.  The ones who really don't make get their feelings hurt by one or two, or maybe even seven posters and decide to lump every single person together based on one tiff and make a oh so popular "IM GETTING THE FUCK OUTTA HERE SCREW YOU HATERS" thread.  Don't do that.  Lurk a little, don't post all day every day at first... and don't start 100 new topics in a row... read the newbie threads.... they are stuck up at the top permanently... you'll get the hang of it!  I'm new and I enjoy all the diversity and love this crazy group!
