9 week ultrasound (first post)

Well ladies...this is my first post (very nerve wracking lol) but I figured this was a good time to start! This is my first pregnancy and I've been a ball of nerves but today I had my first dr's appt and ultrasound. dr said everything looks great and is measuring normal! I'm so happy to be a part of this community! Sadly most of my friends are single or far from having babies so it's exciting to know I have a little group of friends here :) Wishing you all the best of luck with your pregnancies and can't wait to spend the next several months celebrating out milestones!!

PS sort of unrelated but are any of you mommas gluten free? I've tried searching it but not finding much luck on here. Id love to know your go to recipes since all my cravings involve anything but what I should be eating.

    congrats and welcome!  I was primal/no sugar, no grain prior to pregnancy.  I started out gluten free but i have given up mostly due to my nausea/laziness

    Welcome and congrats! I have a wheat allergy, but it's not been severe, so I try to avoid it, but not like I would shellfish if that were the allergy! Sorry I can't give much help, I hope you get some answers though!:)
