High-Risk Pregnancy

Low blood sugar and higher than usual blood pressure?

We are TTC and I am planning to take a pregnancy test on Monday. Over the past week I started having low blood sugar levels (confirmed with glucometer) and racing heart in the afternoon even after eating adequate complex carbohydrates. My heart begins to race, hands shake, etc.- during this time I checked my blood pressure and it was 132/86, which is high for me as I usually run 107/75. I have a BMI of 19.32 and do not have DM. I am hypothyroid. I called my OBGYN office and emailed endocrinologist and neither seem very interested or concerned. If we have conceived I wouldn't even be four weeks yet and it's too soon for a pregnancy test. Any chance that at four weeks my body could be having these weird symptoms? I feel like something is different, possibly wrong with my body and potentially being pregnant is the only new thing.

Any thoughts?
