Anyone else waking up extremely thirsty in the middle of the night? I'm sure I should just drink more water but just checking to see if anyone else is experiencing this. It's odd to me that it's only at night.
Yes. My doctor suggested getting a humidifier and starting it about an hour before I got to bed. I'm going to look for one this weekend. I also have a bottle of water next to my bed.
I too am keeping water bottles by the bed. It makes for more pee breaks, but I'm just so thirsty in the middle of the night! Glad I'm not alone, didn't know it was a normal thing.
Yes! I've been having the same problem and just said this morning I need to remember to bring water to bed. Of course I never rememver... I wish I could use a humidifier. In our old apartment we had wooden floors and when I turned the thing on it would soak the floors. I'm scared to use one in the house with carpets because I'm afraid of mold! When we moved we actually found mold on the back of all our furniture from the stupid thing!
Edit: Wasn't finished! Anyone know a good humidifier that doesn't soak things?!
Yes! I wake up with really bad dry mouth. I am even drinking anywhere from 80-90 oz of water throughout the day everyday. I will have to try the humidifier.
Yes but I refuse to drink because if I do I throw it right up. I do whatever I can to just stay asleep or fall back to sleep, even with a severely dry mouth... otherwise I'll get up, drink, throw up, need to snack, and be up for hours.
Last night, I actually had a dream that I was drinking water. I woke up and had the driest mouth and throat everrrrr. I drank half my water bottle in just that one sitting. Then I woke up this morning having to pee like crazy!!
